Hi. Just am update on my meeting with the doc’s. To sum it up I was told they are not planning on doing anything. My pituitiary tumor is completely separate to my chiari. So more meds for my pituitary. Yes. Excellent. The side effects are just like chiari…slurred speech, vertigo, tiredness etc. Plus it takes months to adjust to the new dose. So last night took my new dose of dostinex, double my old amount, and today I feel totally crap. Flung here with my pjs on and I am going no where. Also they believe the chiari is not bad enough to consider any surgary options. Which after reading other peoples updates I agree with. So 4 day work week, lots of sleep/rest etc for the next 4 months.
So can any one suggest any life style changes that they have found to work for them?
