Just wanted to throw this out there..
Do you , at times, have trouble expressing how you are feeling both mentally and physically??
I know that there are many ways to express feelings..I know we have some talented members here that are fabulous artists...I wish I could say I was one of them!!!
Just looking , I guess, for input /suggestions.
It has been a very stressful day ...but I know it will pass.
I have a lot of trouble expressing myself. I don't know if it is because of fear that if I do say how I am feeling, it will be met with conflict or anger, or if I just can't find the right words. I've always been this way. I would rather not say how I am feeling and avoid conflict at any costs. Needless to say, I think that this leads to depression and low self-esteem. We need to have relationships where we are able to express ourselves truthfully without fear of that relationship being ruined.
